Our Goal With Our Clients

At Create A New You Coaching, our goal is to guide individuals and families back to wholeness by addressing the root causes of emotional, subconscious, and physical patterns that keep them stuck. We believe true transformation happens when the mind, body, and lived experiences are gently brought back into alignment.

Our mentorship is centered on reprogramming the subconscious mind, healing trauma, and educating our clients so they can consciously break free from negative cycles, limiting beliefs, and inherited patterns. Many of these patterns are formed in childhood and carried silently into adulthood, shaping relationships, self-worth, and emotional responses. We help bring awareness to these wounds and support the healing process in a way that feels safe, empowering, and lasting.

Through trauma-informed guidance and compassionate mentorship, we work with children, parents, and couples, helping each client develop healthier emotional regulation, stronger self-concept, and deeper connection with themselves and others. Our approach is not about quick fixes—it is about creating sustainable change through understanding, integration, and personal growth.

In collaboration with this work, our Doctor specializes in muscle trauma release, recognizing that the body often holds what the mind has suppressed. By addressing both subconscious conditioning and stored physical trauma, we support whole-person healing—allowing clients to release the past, reclaim their sense of safety, and step forward with clarity and confidence.
