About Us
Helping you heal, grow, and transform your life from within.
Hello and welcome. My name is Brigitte De Marquez, and I am the founder of Create a New You Coaching, LLC. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and am currently pursuing my certification as a CCPA. I have a deep passion and natural gift for speaking, teaching, and guiding others. I am dedicated to helping individuals break through limitations and step into their highest potential.
My mission is to develop personalized strategies that empower you to identify and overcome internal blockages, heal past wounds, and create meaningful transformation. Through this process, you will gain awareness, release what no longer serves you, and begin consciously shaping the life you deserve—whether in business, relationships, finances, or personal growth.
For many years, I have intended to support others in their pursuit of physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. After delivering several lectures, I was frequently asked if I offered one-on-one coaching. Although this path was not initially planned, I quickly realized it was the most impactful way for me to serve others. This realization marked the beginning of one of the most fulfilling and purpose-driven chapters of my life.
While my lectures inspired my transition into coaching, what continues to motivate me is the ability to integrate spiritual, energetic, and psychological principles into my work. I firmly believe that the mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected—true health cannot be achieved or sustained without nurturing all three.
Each individual’s journey is unique, especially when healing from trauma, negative habits, and limiting beliefs. For this reason, every client receives a customized plan designed specifically for their needs and goals. My approach focuses on subconscious reprogramming to restore balance within the mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate a wide range of modalities, including shadow work, energy healing, psychology-based techniques, forgiveness scripting, meditation, breathwork, visualization, sound therapy (binaural beats), and affirmations.
Additionally, I provide education on the conscious and subconscious mind, childhood trauma, the quantum field, neuroscience, neuroplasticity, EEG and QEEG principles, epigenetics, mind-body medicine, inner child healing, and brain-heart coherence. This integrative approach ensures both emotional healing and intellectual understanding.
Those who work with me are more than clients—they are souls whose paths intersect for mutual growth and enlightenment. As the saying goes, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” The inverse is equally true: when the teacher is ready, the student appears.

About Dr. Suzanne Lepselter, D.C.
Dr. Suzanne Lepselter is a Doctor of Chiropractic whose work bridges the physical body and the deeper layers of stored trauma held within the muscles, fascia, and connective tissue. She specializes in trauma-related muscle release and scar tissue healing, guiding the body out of chronic holding patterns created by injury, stress, shock, and unresolved emotional experiences.
Over time, trauma—whether from auto accidents, surgeries, repetitive strain, overuse injuries, or emotional stress—can become embedded in the body as scar tissue, fibrotic tissue, fascial adhesions, collagen buildup, and connective tissue restriction. These imprints may lead to restricted mobility, tissue immobility, chronic pain, and a sense of disconnection from one’s body. Dr. Suzanne Lepselter focuses on helping the body safely release these stored patterns so true healing can occur.
Her approach supports natural recovery, drug-free healing, and non-invasive care by honoring the body’s innate intelligence. Through gentle yet effective methods rooted in awareness, intention, and functional healing, she helps restore tissue elasticity, joint mobility, flexibility, and improved range of motion. This work encourages tissue remodeling, movement optimization, and the release of chronic scar tissue, post-injury scar tissue, post-surgical scar tissue, and micro-adhesions that no longer serve the body.
Dr. Suzanne Lepselter believes healing happens when the body feels safe enough to let go. By addressing root causes rather than symptoms, she supports whole-body healing, postural balance, biomechanical harmony, and functional movement patterns—creating long-term relief rather than temporary fixes.
Each personalized treatment plan is guided by presence, intuition, and respect for the individual’s healing journey. Whether working with old injury scar tissue, unresolved soft tissue injury, or post-traumatic injury care, Dr. Suzanne Lepselter helps patients reconnect with their bodies, release what has been stored, and return to fluid, empowered movement—physically, energetically, and emotionally.
